| Description |
| To be stationed in a contact centre, supporting e-Business Applications and Microsoft Applications. Agent must be able to work in shift (day-time) and be flexible to cover overtime when required. Agents are also required to work during public holidays.
Agent will be serving internal customers from countries including Asia, Middle East, Europe and US. Therefore excellent communication skills in terms of negotiation and customer service are essential.
Agents provide solution and troubleshooting via phone, email and chat. Thus strong analysis, listening and problem solving skills are very important. Other important skills required include discipline and initiative.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Information & Communication Technology.
Preferred skill(s): Excellent Communication Skill & Customer Service Skill
